All ticket sales for the Starving Artist Supper Club are final and nonrefundable. Due to the nature of this exclusive, small-scale event, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or issue refunds.
Dietary Notice
The menu for the Starving Artist Supper Club will primarily feature seafood, thoughtfully prepared to celebrate the flavors of Charleston’s waterways.
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable allergies or dietary restrictions if notified in advance. However, please note that allium allergies (onions, garlic, etc.) cannot be accommodated at this time.
If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us at hello@CalabriasCooking.com prior to purchasing tickets. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this unique dining experience with you!
Media Release
By attending the Starving Artist Supper Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photography & Videography: This event may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. As a participant, you consent to being included in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event.
Usage Rights: The Starving Artist Supper Club reserves the right to use any media captured at the event, including images or recordings featuring attendees, for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials.
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify our team in advance by emailing hello@CalabriasCooking.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
By attending, you waive any claims related to the use of your likeness in connection with event-related media. Thank you for your cooperation and for being part of this creative celebration!
Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Starving Artist Supper Club, you agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation in this event involves certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the consumption of food and beverages, environmental factors, and the general risks associated with attending public events. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Hold Harmless Clause: You agree to hold harmless the Starving Artist Supper Club, Chef Graham Calabria, the featured artist, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your attendance, participation, or actions during the event.
Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify and defend the Starving Artist Supper Club, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates against any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising out of your own actions, omissions, or negligence while attending the event.
Health & Safety: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions in advance by contacting hello@CalabriasCooking.com. While we will do our best to accommodate such needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
By attending the Starving Artist Supper Club, you agree to these terms and conditions, releasing all parties associated with the event from liability and accepting full responsibility for your own actions and well-being.
