As the Chef of Barsa Lounge and Tapas Bar, Chef Graham shouldered a multifaceted role with a focus on culinary innovation and operational excellence. Chef Graham played a pivotal role in the complete transformation of Cudaco Seafood House, revitalizing a once-abandoned seafood market into a dynamic culinary destination.
